Trompe l'oeil pinstripe coat

The coat has a notched collar, hidden placket for a minimal silhouette and asymmetric pockets. The heritage trompe l'oeil print gives the impression of a pinstripe suit fabric, which morphs into the plain lower section – as if a printer has run out of ink for a degraded look. Maison Margiela’s signature, the Four stitches, appear at the back; the opposite of a label.
